The short list

Your email address; your orders and the accounts delivered in them; the payment result from the payment provider; your tickets; and security logs with IP address and browser. We do not ask for your name, phone or address, and we do not receive card details.

What we do with it

• Deliver the edu accounts you ordered and send the delivery email.
• Check and answer replacement claims.
• Keep accounts for bookkeeping and payment disputes.
• Protect the site from fraud and abuse.

Who processes it

Our payment provider, our hosting provider and the email service. Nobody buys data from us, because we do not sell it.

Cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in and hold the cart. They are required for checkout.

Retention

Delivered account details are kept until their period and the claim window have both ended, so support can check a claim. Order and payment records follow accounting rules. Logs are deleted after a short time.

Your choices

Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion through the Contact page from the email you ordered with.
